This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy outlines the procedures, eligibility criteria, and timelines for returning, exchanging, or requesting a refund for products purchased through the Maconk website.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact Maconk via email at support@maconk.com, WhatsApp or through the support section on the website. Once the request is approved, a pickup will be arranged depending on the serviceability of your location. Customers are required to provide clear photographs or descriptions of the product in case of defects or damage. Once the returned product reaches our facility, it undergoes a quality check, and refunds will be processed only after the product passes inspection. For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit, while for prepaid orders, refunds will be issued as real cash to the original payment method, UPI, or bank account used during purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, typically taking 5–10 business days from approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size replacements or selecting another shirt of equal value, subject to availability. For exchange requests, customers must reach out via email at support@maconk.com. If the desired product or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Maconk reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with the eligibility criteria outlined above.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must notify Maconk within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs. Maconk will prioritize replacement or refund after validating the claim. Products damaged during courier transit must also be reported immediately for replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges

Return or exchange shipping charges are generally covered by Maconk for eligible products. However, in certain cases, such as repeated returns, non-serviceable locations, or customer errors (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), additional shipping charges may apply, which will be communicated during the process.

Liability

Maconk is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services during the return or exchange process. All claims must be raised within the specified timelines to be considered valid.
