Maconk is committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Once you place an order on our website, we typically process and dispatch it within 1–2 businessdays. During peak demand or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we aim to keep you informed every step of the way.
For delivery, we work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure coverage even in remote or tier‑2/3 locations. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location, while very remote or less-accessible areas may take up to 10 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can monitor your order’s journey in real time.Shipping charges are calculated transparently at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (for example, ₹ [insert free‑ship threshold]) to reward larger purchases and reduce cost for you. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping rate is applied. If cash-on-delivery (COD) is available, a small handling fee may apply in line with courier partner policies.
It is important that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order—name, address, postal code, and phone number. Mistakes or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed deliveries, or even returns to us. Should a package fail to deliver due to incorrect details, non-response, or refusal, our courier partners may attempt redelivery, but additional redelivery charges may apply based on the nature of the failure.
In rare cases where a package is lost or damaged during transit, Maconk will work with our courier partners to lodge a claim and resolve the issue. If a package is received in a visibly damaged or tampered condition, please refuse delivery and reach out to us immediately with photographs. We will prioritize corrective action and help you with replacement or refund as per our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Please note that external factors—such as courier network delays, public holidays, natural disruptions, or logistical constraints—can affect delivery timelines. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, they are not guaranteed in such scenarios. Nevertheless, we maintain open and proactive communication to keep you informed of any unexpected delays. Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping from our website at this time.
